This website is operated by Promptly Labs sp. z o.o., the provider of Dealer Revenue Engine (DRE). This page explains what happens with the data you send us through the demo request form on this site.
Who is the controller
Promptly Labs sp. z o.o. is the controller of the data submitted through this website. You can reach us at hello@getdre.ai for any question related to your data.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the demo form: full name, position, dealership or company name, work email, phone number, number of locations, main challenge, monthly vehicle sales range, your consent, the interface language, and campaign parameters from the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
We do not use the form to collect special categories of data. Please do not enter customer data or any other confidential information in the free-text parts of the form.
Why we use it
Exclusively to contact you about a DRE demo and to prepare that conversation. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where it is processed
Submissions are stored in our managed database infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Access is limited to people involved in handling demo requests.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests only as long as necessary for the contact process and any legal or accounting obligation that follows from it. We do not publish a fixed retention period, because it depends on whether a business relationship starts. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@getdre.ai.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
